I am a former Educator & Administrator. I want to provide an outdoor experience for all ages. I created a business to continue my passion for teaching and providing activities for people to connect with nature, fitness and fun. Outdoor fitness fun (O.F.F) was created to give opportunities to be active and connect with nature. Guided Activities and instruction will be offered but not limited to the following: Seasonal Options

1. Disc Golf (Frisbees for younger students)

2. Pickleball Instruction/Play

3. Guided Hiking/Nature Walks and Snow Shoeing

4. Guided Bike Rides (must have own bike and helmet)

5.Cooperative Play

6. Trout Fishing

7. Individual and Duel sports

8. Health and Nutrition

9.Personal fitness\ Sport conditioning

10. Teamwork and collaboration for problem solving and group activities .

The great outdoors has many benefits for our body, mind and souls. What a great way to get students off their devices and into Nature!!
